I never realized just how isolated you were in Newfoundland till you said corner brook. good luck with the apartment hunt. lord knows how hard it is to find anything affordable in a university town.

2 weeks?! NOOOOOOOOOOO!!! Well I'm jk. You are a human being after all, can't be making reviews too frequently that you can't enjoy life and address personal problems.
Finding a Home is definitely more important

Good luck in finding an apartment, getting settled and getting things together. I wish you well.

Oh man. So sorry about your sucky situation. Really, I mean, having to become a rambler for several months, losing your ability to film, having your AC adapter arrive the very day you were supposed to leave as if the universe is giving you a great celestial middle finger, and now having no place to settle down... That sucks. I really am sorry about all that, mate.
If you weren't already enrolled in classes at your university, and if you could stand our weather, I'd happily invite you to cross the border & come live down here in Texas, where there are several very good colleges & plentiful reasonably-priced apartments, as well as a great number of minimum-wage jobs to pay for them ;p. Hell, if you'd be willing to take a specific curriculum & live in Houston (a fate I wouldn't wish on anyone, but hey, beggars can't be choosers), there are even deals available that will guarantee you a job right out of school at one of the major oil refineries as a safety devices technician. And if you wanted a more A-V-centric career, then Austin is one of the nation's leading video game producers, with some 300 game design studios. And of course you'll know all about Funimation's production studios in Dallas (again, not the greatest city in Texas, but it's not as bad a Houston). Just something for you to think over; if the situation in Canada becomes untenable, then the Lone Star State will welcome you with warm, friendly, hellishly-hot-in-the-summertime arms... Oh, and we have good barbecue... depending on where you go ;P.

There is no tea. There never was. I'm right, aren't I.
While I'm probably one of those 'just show me the review' people, I can really see your frustration. Hang in there!

Hopefully you can find an apartment quickly, I would suggest a few places but there are many Universities all over Toronto (as I'm sure you already know). So, it would be a shot in the dark if it would help you at all.
On a different note, are you going to be taking a break this weekend to hit up FanExpo? Because that's the REAL reason you are heading back to Toronto at this time right?
Best of luck with everything!

Sorry to hear about your situation. You can tell by the quality of your vids that you do have a lot of fun making reviews and its a bummer that you have to deal with this sticky situation. The college life, nothing much else like it, haha. Good luck with finding your new apartment. We'll all be waiting here patiently until your triumphant return.
Good Luck to you Sir.

I figured things were rough for you right now but I didn't know how screwed up they were. That's quite the run of bad luck. I wish I could conceivably do something to help you out, but the best I can offer is my best wishes. I hope you get this together and back on track soon. I'm not going anywhere. I'll be eagerly awaiting your videos when you get back too it. Your a great reviewer, a very talented video maker, and a great guy. I'm sure things will work out somehow.

no reviews in three weeks,I would be lying if it didn't make me
.and I know the feeling, my mom just had recently knee surgery, and I put down my statement that I would not be writing for any my stories, until she recovers.
As they say you come first, good luck on finding apartment! I'm sure I will be
w hen your review comes up. at least I have to look forward to go-go Dragon Rangers!

Stupid Tea drinking Canadian, why can't you belong to a good country?
And...do you have anybody to room with, because it might be easier to find a place?

My sympathies i know what its like to be trying to find a place at the last second (well at least my friends do) for school. I know you've probably heard this, and people have told you before, but have you tried kijiji or craig's list? thats how i found my place in st.catharines.
Anyhow best of luck and hope you get your stuff sorted out,(and that you have a good frosh week ^^).
